We are the first principal provider offering a Cash Plan Plus - Rental Option, Home Reversion plan. This gives you lifetime security of tenure and is open to those as young as 50 (no upper age limit) with a rent fixed below the market rent
The more rent you can afford to pay (up to, but not exceeding the market rent), the more we will pay you as a cash lump sum
