This Home Reversion Plan frees up all the available cash in your property immediately, as a tax-free lump sum and enables you to live in your home for the rest of your life

The Rental Option means we can pay you more for your property than with the rent free Maximum Cash Plan and is open to homeowners as young as 50, with no upper age limit

The rent will be set below the market rate at the start of the plan, at a level you can afford and will be reviewed every 2 years. For total peace of mind, the rent will be capped not to rise above the Retail Prices Index (RPI) and we will never set up a plan that is not right for you
